Terms & Conditions — picluck Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and picluck ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the picluck website, mobile interface, game library, sports betting services, VIP programme, promotional offers, and all associated features and services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the picluck website, clicking the account registration button, completing the registration form, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unambiguously confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions set out herein. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Services.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English version shall prevail. The governing language for all communications between you and picluck, including account notices, bonus communications, and support interactions, is English.

If you are accessing the Services on behalf of any legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement and that the entity meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below. Personal accounts must not be used for commercial or entity purposes.

The Services provided by picluck are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. picluck operates a strict 18+ policy without exception.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by picluck or any other gambling platform with which you hold or have held an account.
• You have not previously had an account on picluck terminated for a breach of this Agreement.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction to access and use online gaming services of this nature.
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgement when placing wagers or making financial transactions.

picluck reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage, including immediately after registration and before any bonus is credited. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances, including any pending withdrawals.

If you are uncertain whether online gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before registering an account. picluck does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legal status of online gambling in any specific location.

To access the full range of picluck Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You are required to provide, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, your date of birth, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving verification messages.

You warrant that all information provided at registration — and at any subsequent point when updating your account details — is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. picluck is not liable for any loss arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated account information.

• One account per player: Each individual may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. picluck will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• Notification of unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify picluck support immediately via live chat or email at support@picluck. We will initiate an account security review and, where necessary, suspend the account pending investigation.
• KYC documents: Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement), and, for certain payment methods, a photograph of the payment instrument used.

picluck reserves the right to suspend or close any account where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, where documentation is found to be fraudulent or altered, or where the information provided does not match the records held by the identity verification service used by the platform.

picluck accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the official platform at the time of your transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) mobile banking, and standard bank transfer for eligible accounts. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time. The maximum deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to your account are determined by your current VIP tier and are subject to change upon tier reclassification.

• Deposits: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time under normal circumstances. picluck is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own network or maintenance periods.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section. Black Diamond and Platinum VIP members receive priority processing. picluck reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal.
• Payment method consistency: To mitigate fraud risk, withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. Exceptions may be approved at picluck's discretion following enhanced verification.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). picluck does not charge currency conversion fees; however, if your payment provider applies conversion charges on their end, picluck is not responsible for those fees.
• Declined transactions: picluck is not liable for deposits or withdrawals declined by your payment provider. In the event of a failed deposit, funds are typically returned to the originating account within the payment provider's standard processing timeframe.

picluck offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, seasonal offers (including Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh promotions), and tournament entry bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, and those specific terms supplement and take precedence over the general bonus provisions in this section where there is any conflict.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page. Players must satisfy wagering requirements within the validity period of the bonus.
• Bonus validity: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within their stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One bonus at a time: In most cases, players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to activate multiple concurrent bonuses in breach of this rule may result in the forfeiture of one or more bonuses at picluck's discretion.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting wagers may each carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Abuse prevention: Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit offer terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion — will forfeit all bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and may have their account permanently closed.
• VIP cashback: Cashback amounts credited to VIP accounts under the picluck loyalty programme are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 1x before withdrawal. Cashback is calculated on net losses within the applicable weekly or monthly period as defined by the VIP programme terms.

By registering an account and using the picluck Services, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is explicitly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using false or third-party identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or in any communication with picluck staff.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any other non-human tool to interact with the platform, place wagers, or claim bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known platform error must be reported to support immediately and are not withdrawable.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer formats.
• Using the account of another registered player, or permitting any third party to use your account credentials to access the platform or place wagers.
• Using the Services for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing picluck staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the picluck platform, software, or game content.

picluck reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account may be suspended, pending withdrawals may be placed on hold, and access to certain platform features may be restricted. If an investigation confirms a breach of this Agreement, picluck may terminate the account, withhold or recover funds, and take any further legal action it deems appropriate.

All content on the picluck platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, brand name, software code, game interfaces, text, images, promotional materials, and all other visual and functional elements (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the intellectual property of picluck or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

picluck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for the purpose of using the Services as a registered player for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform Content without prior written consent from picluck.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform Content.
• Use any picluck brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without explicit written permission.
• Scrape, index, or systematically collect data from the platform using automated means.

Game content available on picluck (including slots, live casino titles, and crash games) is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners and studios. Any misuse of licensed game content is subject to action by both picluck and the relevant content owner.

If you believe that any content appearing on picluck infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the support email address and include a detailed description of the alleged infringement, the location of the content on the platform, and your contact information. picluck will review all valid notices and respond in a timely manner.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, picluck, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if picluck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, picluck expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any gambling losses incurred by you as a result of using the Services, regardless of the circumstances in which those losses arose.
• Interruptions to the Services caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure outages, natural disasters, or events outside picluck's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing attributable to your payment provider or your financial institution rather than to picluck.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you while using the Services, including all wagering decisions, deposit decisions, and bonus opt-in decisions.
• Technical errors, display errors, or connectivity issues experienced on your device, browser, or internet connection.

In all cases where picluck is found liable despite the limitations set out above, its aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your picluck account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits picluck's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually waived.

This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of fairness and good faith, having regard to the digital and cross-border nature of online gaming services and the reasonable expectations of a registered player accessing the picluck platform from Bangladesh.
